- Refunds are applicable only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof in the form of photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
- Refunds will be issued only after our quality team verifies the issue.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind, size issues, or personal preference (these fall under our Return/Exchange Policy, not refunds).
- Products marked as Sale or Final Purchase.
- Customized or engraved jewellery items.
- Any product not reported within the specified 48-hour window.
Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). For example:
- Items not in their original condition, with missing parts not due to our error.
- Any delay in reporting an issue beyond the allowed timeframe.
