  • Refunds are applicable only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Proof in the form of photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided.
  • Refunds will be issued only after our quality team verifies the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind, size issues, or personal preference (these fall under our Return/Exchange Policy, not refunds).
  • Products marked as Sale or Final Purchase.
  • Customized or engraved jewellery items.
  • Any product not reported within the specified 48-hour window.

Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). For example:

  • Items not in their original condition, with missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any delay in reporting an issue beyond the allowed timeframe.
