  • India: Pan-India coverage via trusted courier partners.
  • International: We ship worldwide to most countries.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship items: 1–3 business days to dispatch.
  • Made-to-Order / Personalized: 7–14 business days (may vary by design or size).

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3) Delivery Estimates (After Dispatch)

Remote locations or customs checks can add extra days.

4) Shipping Charges

  • India: Shown at checkout (free shipping may apply above a cart value, if enabled).
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

5) Packaging

All orders are packed securely to prevent transit damage. Tamper-evident seals may be used where applicable.

6) Carriers & Tracking

  • We use reputed courier partners for safe and quick delivery.
  • Tracking details are shared by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the parcel, contact us within 48 hours.

7) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for eligible pin codes within India (limits and verification may apply).
  • Refusing a COD delivery may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.

8) Duties, Taxes & Customs (International)

  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage/handling fees (if any) are charged by your local customs and must be paid by the recipient.

9) Address Changes & Non-Delivery

  • Address changes are possible before dispatch—email us as soon as possible.
  • If a shipment is marked “undeliverable/return to sender,” we’ll contact you to reship (additional shipping fees may apply).

10) Delays & Exceptions

  • Unforeseen events (weather, strikes, logistics constraints, public holidays) can cause delays.
  • Made-to-order items, ring/bangle resizing, or engravings may need extra time.
