1) Return Window
- Returns can be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Please raise your return request within this timeframe so we can assist you smoothly.
2) Items Not Eligible for Return
- Due to hygiene reasons, nose pins (naths) and toe rings are not eligible for return.
3) Condition for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and the invoice inside the return parcel.
4) How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at {{ shop.email }} with your order number, reason, and unboxing photos/video if applicable.
- We’ll share the next steps and pickup/self-ship details based on your pincode.
5) Reverse Pickup & Self-Ship
- If reverse pickup is available, we’ll arrange it through our courier partner.
- If your area does not support pickup, please self-ship the parcel and share the AWB/tracking details with us.
6) Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed to the original payment method (prepaid orders).

COD orders: you will receive a secure link/SMS to submit bank details for a refund via bank transfer.
- After we process the refund, banks/gateways may take 4–5 working days to reflect the amount in your account.
- Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable.
7) Exchanges
- Direct exchanges may not be available. You can return the item (if eligible) and place a fresh order for the desired product.
8) International Orders

- Duties/taxes and two-way international shipping are not refundable.
9) Damaged/Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos so we can help immediately.
10) Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation, first check with your bank/issuer.
